I think that "gollum" screen cap was a cute blast from the past and it made Fugazi look even more retarded (is that possible?) for going on and on, calling you gollum like it was an insult
So when Fugazi says he has the goods on people, I guess that means he has a folder full of cute screen caps from 10 years ago that will serve as a quaint trip down memory lane
