I think that "gollum" screen cap was a cute blast from the past and it made Fugazi look even more retarded (is that possible?) for going on and on, calling you gollum like it was an insult
So when Fugazi says he has the goods on people, I guess that means he has a folder full of cute screen caps from 10 years ago that will serve as a quaint trip down memory lane
Granted it's still doxing and he needs to be banned for it. But he was kind of asking for someone to stop him during his manic phase since he couldn't stop himself anymore.

I now understand what Fugazi means that when he says he has information on someone that it's never a real threat and he's only blowing smoke because he would never use it. At least until he thinks he should.
