they are. in Germany they're called "Letzte Generation" (Last Generation) which we could very well be if there isn't a radical immediate change in climate policies of all countries. these people at least are trying to force politicians into doing something. there are not many options for us as people to get to them, to appeal to their conscience, to lead protests that are radical yet peaceful, disturbing public order without harassing. these people get a lot of hate here, too. but they're so clear in their minds and so determined in what they're doing and most importantly for what they're doing this, to make those in charge aware that time is up and that they have to do everything in their power NOW to save our planet Earth that we all call our home. they're doing these protests for all of us and i find that very admirable.
Very nice speech, Sophie. But the planet isn't dying. It's just becoming inhabitable for humans die to what humans are doing to it. -

Not at all. I agree with you completely, even if I wish that they were slightly more effective at protesting. I admire what they stand for though.

He has become a full blown conspiracy propagandist, with him aiming to delegitimize the government. Just like Scum_Venom, he didn’t try to conceal the fact that he’s pro-discrimination in the work force. Apparently the moon landing was a hoax, according to him. If anything, I believe that Yermom is wired to the moon, or to the Big Blue Giant.
I support Just Stop Oil’s attempts to halt the British government from burning more fossil fuels. There was also a a Supreme Court ruling in 2021 which found there should be a "certain degree of tolerance to disruption to ordinary life, including the disruption of traffic", as a result of non-violent protest.
