Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Queen, Bowie in the 70's.
There are too many musicians and bands to list, through the years.
I just feel certain musicians and artists don't live up to their "royalty" within the industry and public opinion.
I hate the Beatles. So what?
My sister's clock which played a new tune EVERY HOUR on THE Hour helped to solidify my opinion.

I like Bowie and Queen, but those others are like Beatles for me. You just keep seeing them as everyone's favs and I just don't see the big deal.

Huh? They had the best vocal three-part harmonies of the era next to The Beach Boys and a few others. Also Paul McCartney and John Lennon are widely considered two of the best rock vocalists of all time.

i dont think GNR 'sucks" but like MOST acts, they have a few good songs only. i've seen them more than 10 times and GNR gives a good show. in that respect, i'm satisfied
