I can't eat certain fish, last night I had special fried rice which had prawns. Luckily I slept the effects of the shell fish off. I have to half the protein, today I had a bowl of porridge. I'm steaming handful of squash, brussels with potatoes to go with a chop for lunch, later I'll have 2 rounds of toast, 2 eggs scrambled and hopefully with half a can of beans.
I have to take penicillin 4 times a day, to get rid of my false gout until monday.
Hope that clears that up.

It seems to have become a cherished tradition for TWD or GoT trolls to come here and harass the soapboxers. It reminds me of bear-baiting in Elizabethan times. I wonder if nimda approves of it.
