Yeah, the rage that would be triggered if you did that here! Steve lake, Gameboy, Rocket, Orson….they would all come in here and fulminate about circle-jerking losers (all 2 of them) with their esoteric in-jokes and their silly memes! I picture Shirley watching soaps and scratching lottery tickets while she chain-smokes Virginia Slim's and poor Bacchus sitting beside her much larger body (I'm not trying to be mean, it's common knowledge 'Shirley' is a fat woman's name), trying to make intelligent observations about what's happening on television, all the while longing to go join some extreme wine tasting club (or whatever fancy people do)

Bacchus is barely paying attention to the TV. He keeps it in his peripheral vision in case Shirley has a question. Instead he's focused intently on a book of 17th century French romantic poetry so he can impress his neighbor's wife, Francesca.
