I cannot speak for Figaro but my uniqueness is that I am the everyday common man with nothing particular to my character to stand out from anyone else.
What do they look like?
I am a bipedal human being.
Are they dangerous when triggered?
All human beings can be dangerous when triggered.
Do they have families, or are they constantly attended by sturdy male nurses with tasers?
I have genetic heritage if that's what you are asking. No attendants to be seen around me at the moment.
Do they have lucid moments or are they permanently in a fog of rage?
I would infer that perception is in the eye of the beholder and that one person's "Fog of rage" is another's complete lack of noticing them
