I haven't watched the movie yet but do you think it would've been better if Natalie Portman was the main character? I heard she turned down the lead role.

No. I think Blake Lively was a great choice for the role of Adaline.

Blake is so lovely. I did not know much about her but am NOW a fan after seeing this performance. Great movie!

Blake did a great job. Was surprised by her acting skills.
Imagine if Katherine Heigl had not dropped out?
Thankfully we got Blake instead of her.

Blake lively, certainly did a great job. Natalie would have been fine but i think the role suits blake more than her. And yeah as everyone said, katherine would have been a total disaster!

have been good. But how weird is that she also was with Ryan Reynolds? So nah.
Blake really did great like she had an old soul.
