She seemed a little "controlly" before she made the deal with Gaga, though. That's probably part of the reason Gaga saved her in the first place: she sensed a powerful control-freak of a woman, who she knew could use her power to keep people in line. She and her colony are bound to the land.She did have control leadership issues.KIlling more people either gives her or gaga more power but it also gives them something to do.She is deluding herself into thinking she is protecting the land.
