How do you chill a bottle of wine quickly?

I would put it in a bucket of ice and add water and salt. I don't know if that is what Dame would do because they never told us.

The salt is nice but not entirely required. But yes, ice and water. Without the water, it takes significantly longer. This is what we tell our customers to do in our wine shop.
