    Did she say it was a zero-sum-gain? Which is not Win-win.
    Or did she say Non-zero-sum-gain and I just just missed it? This is the win-win option.

      , which is in contrast to a zero-sum game. In a zero-sum game, the gains of the participants sum to zero, so I could gain only at someone else's expense. The film implied that the nations providing information on the screens could all gain by cooperating (instead of blanking the screens out) which is a "win-win" situation.
