I think it is.

I actually liked the movie but i'm not one of those fans who are too stupid to not understand that it had a lot of problems
For someone who liked the movie
Yes it really was the most disappointing cbm that i've seen that I like. -

Batman V Superman is still the worst movie that I saw all year and that includes Independence Day Regurgitation.
So yes, how can any true comic book fan not be let down by this thing? As bad as other movies have been was anyone expecting greatness from Elektra after DD? Punisher War Zone after The Punisher? Fantastic Four in any incarnation? Batman after Burton left? -

Not great, but I don't know how disappointed I was with it. I didn't have high hopes after MAN OF STEEL anyway. When MAN OF STEEL 2 suddenly because BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE I already figured they were panicking.
I would probably go with IRON MAN 3, even though I still like it. I don't like their depiction of the Mandarin (and yes I'm familiar with ALL HAIL THE KING, but fat chance of following that up anytime soon). It clearly wasn't what the first movie was building to. And in a post-AVENGERS world there's no sign of any of the other heroes. I understand they want to keep the focus on Tony for his final solo, but come on. The world thinks Tony was killed, and no one at SHIELD investigates? The US President is kidnapped and being threatened by a terrorist, and yet no Captain America? The MCU is in real time, so it's not like this is happening at the exact same time as CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER.

Undeniably it is.
Batman's last 2 films grossed over a billion dollars each.
Superman and Batman are the two longest running, and most iconic characters in comic book history. Globally recognizable.
This was the first pairing of these characters on screen.
It was to launch the DCEU, giving fans another first - the Justice League live action.
It had three years of production, and is one of the most expensive films ever made.
That it could have everything in it's favour and come out, at best, as divisive is why it's the most disappointing. Not because it's the worst, or it veered the furthest from source material, but because it had everything in its favour and couldn't deliver. -

Absolutely! Some might think MOS is more disapointing, however, at the end, everything that was wrong with MOS could have been fixed in the next movie, but they sink it even deeper with this turd called BvS. In other words, MOS had ways to fix it (even if they didn't manage it), but BvS is without hope.

Josh Trank's Fantastic Four is probably more disappointing.. people actually thought that Fox would get it right after messing it up the last time.
IMDB taught me: cynicism is praised. optimism must be stamped out wherever it can be found. -

Doesn't your own logic show how it couldn't be as disappointing? If the last attempt was terrible, then people wouldn't have high expectations that could be let down.
Batman was the most bankable name in the comic book industry before this film, and while it wasn't beloved, MoS was far more successful commercially and critically than FF.
I'd say, based on all the goodwill and resources, BvS had higher expectations than any other film in the last decade outside of Star Wars. -

It is the most disappointing CBM ever for sure no contest on that one at all. The key word here is disappointing though I am not listing it as the worse but this film was something that fans had waited decades to see and the film had such potential not to mention that it is the biggest title that DC could possibly bring to its cinematic universe, other worse CBM than this I don't feel had anywhere near the potential this film had
To make a great film you need three things - the script, the script and the script -Alfred Hitchcock
