Your problem was thinking it had flaws. Even if you like the movie overall, if you have any problems with it, no matter how tiny, the apologists will attack you. It's ridiculous.
If you can't defend a movie without bashing another, you will be put on ignore. No exceptions. -

You should watch the Ultimate Cut. It puts back in an extra 30 minutes which are pretty well spread throughout the entire movie.
