    I loved it.
The scene with her and Ted in the room was the feel I always wanted out of this series.
Evil Dead is not 'just' Ash, to tell you the truth.
She was the main character for the first half.
I love Ash of course, but this just BLEW UP the Universe to me on a GRAND scale having her in this. I'll accept this as his real backstory now when watching the original. If Ash vs Evil Dead can keep up this quality then it will be a great rest of the season.

Cheryl my favorite character from the Bruce EVIL DEAD films (Mia is my fave from the remake). what happened to her in the original film (tree rape, etc) was so brutal, heartbreaking and (i hope i don't sound like a weirdo. i DO NOT think rape is ok) cool. i also felt bad for Cheryl (in the original) since she was the 5th wheel with no date/lover with her on the trip. i instantly felt invested in the character. seeing her in tonight's episode was a HUGE treat. everything from her the make up fx, to Ellen's acting to the crazy stunt work (involving Cheryl) was perfect IMO and 100% felt like it could have been deleted/never before seen scenes from the original ED.

I've always felt that through the first half of the film, Cheryl was far more the main character than Ashley was.

I reallllly liked AvED Season 1, but i am LOVING AvED Season 2. The writing is top notch and manages even with super-fast 30m episodes, to hit us with some great story progression AND references to cannon. Bringing back his sister, played by the same actress, is a brilliant example of this. It allows for the new story to expand but also reference Ash's earlier adventures. Same goes for the character of the Delta 88 this season. So much greatness!!!

I loved her cameo! I'm totally glad they didn't have to recast someone else to play her, otherwise I probably wouldn't have liked it as much.
Also, she doesn't seem to have aged much.

She has a little. But only or 7 years ago she looked VERY young still. I have kept up with her looks and comments over the years. Cool lady. Her nose does not like the Wide Angle lens too well. Oh well. Cool lady. I always found her attractive, shnoz and all.
