I only watched the first two ED and I didn't remember Linda so I googled her. She was a white, blonde girl and now she's black?! WTF? They couldn't get the original actress?

If you actually watched the show, you'd know that Linda from the movies appeared in the final episode of season 1. Different actress, but she's still white.
The black Linda, aka "Linda B" that we're seeing now is another character. Ash dated her but left her for the original Linda. As someone said before, it's a common name.

They had a joke a few episodes back about Ash having dated several girls named Linda. Add it to the list of running jokes in the series.
