Even if they were stripped of U.S. citizenship, aliens in this country are also protected by the Bill of Rights. Sorry, what you're proposing is unconstitutional.

You didn't say you just want to deport them. You want to deliver them to the Chinese for their concentration camps for cruel and unusual punishment. That would be unconstitutional. I suppose you could dump them over the border like we do to illegal aliens now. But I'm sure you don't want murderers and rapists getting off Scot free in Mexico.

So we deport them. Doesn't mean they get to chose the location. If that just so happens to be China [wink, wink] That's neither cruel & unusual or even our problem.

All the ACLU would have to do is show pics of Uighurs who were tortured in Chinese prison camps. Then the right would STFU and kow tow.

You might get a few bleeding hearts to stage some rallies and demonstrations but not enough to sway any votes. They'd be about as influential as PETA. And not as well liked.

No, what I'm saying is the right wing will not support deporting anyone to China. It goes against everything the right stands for.
I don't care about the limpwristed PETA fools who think cockroaches have rights.

As a member of the right I can assure you that we'd just as well put all the sorts who'd qualify for this to death anyway. I dont see much pushback from them.

Yeah, but it's just your proposal. There is no real attempt to do it. And I don't see anybody on the right calling for a death penalty for crimes like rape, unpremeditated murder, and crimes of passion. You want to ship those people to a Chinese Gulag.
And those on the right are not fans of China, don't endorse their actions in Tibet, against the Uighurs, in Hong Kong, or their hostility towards Taiwan. Such an action would be an endorsement of a left wing Communist dictatorship. The right will not support it.

First of all a huge portion of the right has called for the death penalty for crimes like serial rape.
Second, unpremeditated murder, and crimes of passion don't qualify for what I am proposing and are therefore irrelevant.
Why don't people right or left like what is happening to the Uighurs? Oh yes, thats right, it's because they aren't guilty of any actual crime as a collective. But actual individual criminals that most people want put to death anyways? No, the vast majority of Americans right or left are not going to give a ****.

Dude, it's about taking care of our own problems. Why would the U.S. need to ask China for help? That's not the American way. And it would be found unconstitutional in court anyway as I have already explained.

Yeah I was wondering that exact thing. That's just giving them power over us. Barack Obama warned us about not doing that. -

Also the US has always been the country to help other nations. But now we are weakened to the point that we asked China for help?
I don't think China does anything positive for other nations the way the US and US citizens/big business do for other people around the world. China is all about China.
