A newborn can survive outside the uterus but not if it was delivered in a snowstorm and abandoned. The uterus protects the embryo and its growth. So it doesn't make sense to take an embryo out of the uterus and say that's okay. It's not okay to abandon a newborn to die.

It's a legitimate question. If you're going to refer to a fetus as a "person" and grant that "person" the status of "personhood" and protective status as such, then they should then be entitled to situations such as the stimulus package and benefits that "persons" are entitled to. Give me one good reason why they should not be if they are "persons." It's a legitimate question.
Without judgment and calling my queries silly, answer the question. You're claiming the fetus is entitled to be called a "person" and be protected under that reasoning, but then you're back-pedaling and changing the parameters of what determines "personhood?"
That fetus is inside her body, and as long as it remains there, it is within her domain.
As far as Soul-Venom who I'm still hoping replies, I'm still curious where you draw the lines,….an elderly person on life support? Not the same comparison because they are a born human being, not an unborn fetus (in case he reads this).
