It depends. Racism is different than bigotry. Blacks can't be racist against whites. But Asians are notoriously racist against blacks.

I said blacks can be prejudiced against whites. But an 'ism' implies an institutionalized system. There is no systematic of oppression of whites by blacks. Blacks have no power. This is merely a question of semantics.
Let me just say though that the racism of Asians towards blacks was exemplified in the Rodney King riots.

An institutionalized system is only one of the things the "ism" at the end of "racism" could imply, it'd be a desperate grab for straws to think that it only means the one thing that helps support your argument, so much so that it overrides the definition stated on basically every published dictionary on earth.

No, they're not. There is no Asian KKK or Stormfront. Slurs like negro or n!gger were invented by wheit people. Asians didn't enslave blacks for hundreds of years. Asians don't go on shooting rampages to kill all-black people.
