Will Sweden look to reopen its 'case' against him?
Will the US be looking for him to pop by for a visit?
Will Hollywood celebs be flocking to his side?
Answers on a postcard please!

Journalist and vlogger H.A.Goodman, who I don't always agree with, is correct about Assange. He gives a good summary of what's taking place and why this is happening and explains how hypocritical the left is esp. in regards to Assange.

Then he needs to be a little more coherent with his political position. Crying about the arrest of somebody who's trying to undermine Western democracy is not consistent with somebody who values national sovereignty. It's one or the other.

Baloney. Our "democracy" (American "democracy" in particular) was undermined a long time ago by corporations, foreign lobbyists (AIPAC, etc) and billionaire kingmakers like Sheldon Adelson. The 1% destroyed our democracy. In actuality, we have a 'democracy in name only' where two parties, both beholden to the moneyed class, have monopolized the political system for the benefit of the 1%. It's a nice little game of charades we play every four years but that's hardly a democracy. Outsiders, populists (not phonies like Trump) and peacemakers are allowed to run in our elections but they never win because the system is rigged in favor of the 1% and its interests.
If Assange and/or the Russians want to expose the wrongdoings of such a system, more power to 'em. -

Only the U.S. is a republic
Yes, it is. Hence, I put democracy in quotation marks.
Our founding fathers believed in free speech … and a free press. Jefferson in particular would've defended someone like Julian Assange.
