Eventually leading to a civil war like the treaty did 96 years ago, i expect plastic paddy crypt on this posting glib as usual. Tosser knows **** all how bad things will get if Sinn Fein get their way, there will never ever be a Sinn Fein Taoiseach!
Sinn Fein translated from Gaelic means OURSELVES ALONE!

      A united Ireland is inevitable.
      Bye-bye, occupied six counties…

Brexit makes it more unlikely that the U.K. will give up Ulster. The Scotch-Irish Protestant majority in Northern Ireland isn't going anywhere either. I don't see it.

It's not the majority it used to be. Ulster is close to 50% Catholic. I see the two sides being evenly matched as a signal for trouble ahead.

Catholic birthright is high. I see that Catholics and Protestants are about even now.
Still, the Scotch-Irish Protestants are a settled community which has been for their centuries. I can't see the UK abandoning them. Many people ignore that there is a Scottish v Irish ethnic conflict as well as a religious one.
