No. It’s not. A high school student that isn’t even 18 and is blackout drunk doesn’t have a fully functioning brain. A grown ass adult attempting to destroy an innocent mans family, reputation and career knows fully well what they are doing.
It’s disgusting either way, and shame on you for thinking a man is guilty until proven innocent. -

You're saying a drunk rapist isn't really guilty because he was drunk? What is wrong with you? Do you defend drunk drivers too?
Of course it's not acceptable to accuse someone of rape if you know the person didn't rape you. But it sounds like you immediately side with the accused instead of the accuser. Then if you think the accuser might be telling the truth about being raped, you try to find ways to defend the rapist. -

I’m saying a 16 or 17 year old kid under the influence of alcohol doesn’t realize the consequences of his actions compared to an adult. I’m not defending anyone. If anything, you sound like a woman who was abused and have a certain bias on this subject. If so, I’m sorry for your past. If not, I apologize for making assumptions. Why are you using a sock?

Why is it so hard for some women to just accept the fact that lots of these stories are bullshit! Nice guys can’t even hit on a girl without being labeled a sex offender!

I do accept that some stories are made up. I said it was wrong to lie about being raped. I just don't immediately assume someone is guilty or innocent, and I don't look for ways to excuse the person who might be guilty.
You're welcome. I'm leaving the thread now, because no other women are joining the discussion and I don't like being alone with so many men.
