You're saying a drunk rapist isn't really guilty because he was drunk? What is wrong with you? Do you defend drunk drivers too?
Of course it's not acceptable to accuse someone of rape if you know the person didn't rape you. But it sounds like you immediately side with the accused instead of the accuser. Then if you think the accuser might be telling the truth about being raped, you try to find ways to defend the rapist. -

I’m saying a 16 or 17 year old kid under the influence of alcohol doesn’t realize the consequences of his actions compared to an adult. I’m not defending anyone. If anything, you sound like a woman who was abused and have a certain bias on this subject. If so, I’m sorry for your past. If not, I apologize for making assumptions. Why are you using a sock?

Why is it so hard for some women to just accept the fact that lots of these stories are bullshit! Nice guys can’t even hit on a girl without being labeled a sex offender!

I do accept that some stories are made up. I said it was wrong to lie about being raped. I just don't immediately assume someone is guilty or innocent, and I don't look for ways to excuse the person who might be guilty.

One is despicable, the other is mildly unfortunate, mate. Women at parties are just begging to be raped, mate. Else why even leave the house, mate? Men do not ask to be accused of such baseless, senseless heinousness, mate. And to be frank, if I could muster up more words ending in -ess to bring the point home, I would, chum.

I was raped by a woman at a party, mate. Twasn’t fun at all. She tied me down and proceeded to gyrate her hips on my nuts until she projectile squirted across the room into a passed out frat boys’ face. I screamed in terror and managed to lift the chair as I swung helplessly through kitchen, ultimately running off the porch balcony and totaling my roommates Honda Civic.
