Thank you for your tips that I really should think about.
                (note the ending preposition)
By the way, what does 'give somebody grief' mean?
Reading my post without correcting my language errors is immoral.

That site seems to be a dictionary collection and what i need is not counselling dictionary but living human beings like those affectionate and supportive here providing invaluable instructions and suggestions. Please don't consider my language posts to be off topic because I improve my English to discuss religious questions with everybody here. (any errors?)
Reading my post without correcting my language errors is immoral.

Yet if you sign up, there is a forum on it where you can have your questions answered!. Please
don't consider my language posts to be off topic because
                        I want to
improve my English to discuss religious questions with everybody here. (any errors?)
I don't consider then 'off-topic', it's just that the people at WRF are likelier to be friendlier and more helpful, as that's their purpose there.
(I suggest adding the words in red to improve your sentence)

I tried many times to get signup. But the reCAPTCHA doesn't load and I couldn't submit the registration form. They have some technical issues on this site.

Of course, it's a paragraph, not a sentence. I'll make needed changes of which there are only a few
                                Apparently
                                ,
I will have to badger you with grammar questions until my English is good enough to finish my book. You can choose to ignore
                                ,
of course, in which case I will have to find help elsewhere. No one and nothing can prevent me from mastering this language. When I decide on something,
                                i
                                t's done.

Thanks. You seriously think 'until my English is good enough to write my book in' is wrong?
Doesn't 'to write my book in English' justify it?

This is your quote. There is no need for anything following the

'until my English is good enough to write my book in'
It seems a bit clumsy! Gottalove is therefore correct.

What counts as a "run on" sentence depends. News stories are supposed to be written so that young readers can easily follow. Opinions vary how young, about 12 or 14. That means shorter sentences and shorter paragraphs.
Anything not news has its own particular audience.
Rules are more relaxed where time to compose is limited. The rules for impromptu speech are far more relaxed. How long people allow themselves to compose messages on this board can vary. Some people respond right away, others are more careful. I would call this a more casual forum than most.
