The Lincoln Conspiracy by David Balsiger & Charles Sellier
Fascinating minute by minute look at the conspiracy behind the Lincoln assassination. A page-turner that reads like an exciting novel.

Libra by Don DeLillo - A lot of DeLillo's stuff hints at boarder conspiracy. This one about Lee Harvey Oswald and the Kennedy Assassination hits on it directly and is one of his best works.
Foucault's Pendulum by Umberto Eco - Three vanity publishers build their own vast Templar (Rosicrucian/Freemason/Illuminati/etc) mythology and draw the attention of some forces they wish they hadn't.
The Illuminatus! Trilogy by Robert Shea and Robert Anton Wilson - I own this but have not yet read it. One of the seminal works of conspiracy fiction. -

Everything Is Under Control
, by Robert Anton Wilson, published in 1998, is an alphabetical compilation of conspiracy theories.
Not really my cup of tea, but I thought I'd mention it.
Even more popular is his
Illuminatus!
Trilogy, which is more of a novel.
Check out the wiki article on him:
