I think he's the richest, when you include his controlling interest in Russian mining, gas, oil, diamond,gold entities plus his minority interest in maybe every other business -

Yah, a few are missing from the list who better hide their money.
They've learned it's healthier not to boast about it.
And if you add up the wealth of Putler and his daughter,
