I hate when jobs talk about "culture"

This feels like something that should have been established in the job spec.
I love rejecting jobs. Some of those middle-management types can't handle it. Like you are ****ing with their worldview too much.

I had the same issue with my current job. Had to commute for a little over sixth months. Finally conviced them to set us up to be able to work remote. Then COVID hit. Been remote ever since, and now our whole team is remote.

I hate that most jobs and job interviews require you to bullshit. Why did you choose to work here? Can't just say I need money, and this ****ty job is the only one I could get.

I'm in a good position though where I can reject offers and not grovel. I know a lot of people just need to make rent and can't be picky.
