I mean I'll eat it off the cob…but I prefer to cut it off. I have been known to clean the remaining hearts off the cob manually tho.
Butter and pepper are pretty much a must!
You boil it roast or both just depending? -

On the cob is the only way to eat it. I only eat it this way a few times a year each summer though. I never buy frozen or canned corn. It's definitely a special treat. This is only my opinion though, please don't harm me.

I'm all for it being on the cob Slash dot, no harm from me to anyone who enjoys it that way.
I just don't like it being stuck in my teeth. A nice charred cob scraped onto a plate suits me just fine
Ding Dong

1 can chili beans
1 can black beans
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 large onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 red bell pepper
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 15 oz can crushed tomatoes
salt
pepper
and if I'm in the mood for veggies in my meal I also add
1/2 head of cauliflower, cut
1 zucchini, chopped
I usually serve it with cornbread.
