    Have you ever used a broiler to cook steak? Liotta mentioned that in the prison scene in Goodfellas. "We didn't have a broiler, so Johnny did everything in pans."

      Never in a broiler for steak. I usually pan fry them for a couple minutes on each side and then put them in the oven at 500°F for like 5 minutes. Not as good as on the grill though.

        Try cooking them in a cast iron pan. As good as a grill.

            I cooked out on the grill the other day. Some salmon and hamburgers. It turned out amazing.😋

              Fish on the grill is the way that I like it best! Gets nice and charred outside and any strong fishy taste is usually tempered by the char flavor.

                . It was the first time I grilled in a very long time. I didn't think it would taste that good.
                I have a small Weber charcoal grill. I got a feeling I'll be using it a lot this summer. I haven't used those mesquite wood chips though yet. 🤔

                                I never realized how good it could turned out.
                                Tastes better than most restaurant quality.
                                Why spend more money at a restaurant when you can just do it yourself?
