I really love a good waffle cooked just right. It's been awhile since the last time I had a Waffle House pecan waffle… but love 'em.
They have to be cooked just right, though… just to the point where they're just before being brown and "done." Medium, I guess.
And for me, just butter on 'em… no syrup. With a glass of milk.
Okay, I'm out the door to Waffle House… see you cats later.

Toaster Waffles taste more delectable than Toaster Pancakes do, just as Pancakes taste better whisked out of the pan, hence the name of them, lol. Overall, I’d take the malty, fibrous and flourish textures and flavors of Pancakes over the firmer and slightly blander tasting Waffles, especially with Powdered Sugar, Butter and Maple Syrup on top. It just seems unnatural on Waffles to me.

would a better poll have been pancakes vs. french toast.
i'm sorry - i've just always been confused by the 'Waffle' love - because this guy just doesn't get it.
they're fairly popular at diners my way at like 330am…….and i don't know - for years i've been looking in the mirror and questioning my own taste - because quite frankly this guy just doesn't get it
