Very dark.
Except for on a Snickers Bar, I don't care for milk chocolate. Oddly enough, I'm not wild about the dark chocolate Snickers. My guess is that, over a lifetime, I got used to the balance of flavors on the original. -

Is "yes" an acceptable answer? lol
Seriously, I like all three varieties as they are used in the various chocolate confections that you can find at candy shops.
But if it's just a piece of chocolate to nosh on, I would say dark. In particular, I like the Lindt dark chocolate bars that are 70% cocoa solids.

Don't mess with me, man! I know karate, judo, ju-jitsu and several other Japanese words. -

Just eating by itself, dark. Like 70% + dark. The darker the better. I like dark chocolate in my cookies too.
I like milk chocolate in some candy bars, but I don't eat many of those. The Milky Way dark is really good but hard to find in my area.
White chocolate is for pretzels or popcorn only. We get both from a local chocolatier. I had no idea white chocolate was so good on popcorn. Other than that, white chocolate looks and tastes pretty gross.
