I made up some stuffed green peppers yesterday because I knew I would be at the hospital most of today and get home just in time for the tricky treatersThat, with a little salad and some rice pudding.
Bte- father is out of ICU and showing progress. Things can get more serious when you are 92

Stuffed peppers are delicious, I was thinking of finding a good recipe for "Un-Stuffed Peppers", as full-size peppers tend to be hard for me to chew.
