I was on lexapro only for over a year until I started busipirone in January. when I was only on lexapro, my anxiety was manageable. but after taking lexapro AND busipirone for the last few months my anxiety has been getting worse and today reached a new low

yea the lexapro was great. I didn't have a single anxiety attack the entire time I was taking it by itself.
I sent the doc a message tonight and hopefully they will have a solution for me on monday

so my doc got back to me this morning and gave me a choice to up the dosage or get off it
I was hoping they would have figured that out and not leave it up to me. I have no idea what to do with it. so I'm getting off it.

Well itβs good to have some sense of authority over what you want to do about your treatment. Based on what you said about lexapro helping tremendously when taken alone I would agree to get off busipirone since it seemed unnecessary from the start.
