— 7 years ago(August 03, 2018 05:30 PM)Well, I think jogging every day for 1/2 hour is working for me. Sleeping and resting enough unbloats your stomach. I was fat not going anywhere but got skinnier going back to college. You have to start somewhere. Also, cell phone apps have exercises, like for your core. I only do it for 5 minutes. It's called Abs & Core.
