    I get my membership free so that helps lol.
    Are you gonna go get a girls seat for your bike. I know what you mean about the boys bike seat hurting. I cant ride with a mens bike seat.

      My plan was just to put something on the seat, like a cushion or something. Maybe there is a way I can lower the seat and that might help too. But, if I can remove the seat completely and replace it with a new one… I’ll do that. I also want add a little basket in the back or front of the bike, so that I can put stuff, like my medical supplies if I need them. It will be easier than carriying it on my back. My mom said she will think of a way to get a basket on, so we will see if she can do that.
      For the time being, it’s not the bike I really can work with. I’m really just riding it around my neighborhood for the exercise. But, I’m hoping to make it a bike that I can use for my transportation means.
      How did you get the membership to be free?

        The membership came free with my apartment lease. I get free classes too, like yoga, zumba, step, cycle, etc..
        Keep us updated on the basket thingy. Post a pic of it if you can!

          Will do. Hopefully, I can get this done before it gets cold. That’s one thing I don’t know how to do; how to bike when it’s cold. I cannot bike for the like of me when it’s cold.

                    Swim bike run and lift weights. There are races all over you can sign up for.

                        It is actually pretty easy. Unless you get competitive, then it becomes a grind.

                          I don't do endurance sports any longer but when i completed a marathon, I would run for ten minutes then walk for one. I was bigger than a typical runner so I had to do this. You'd be surprised how much you can achieve by taking your time and not pushing yourself too early.
                          This applies to any pursuit, Catfood.

                            Start the day with a protein shake. Blend fruit in a blender. Do at least 50 plank crunches a day and don’t just walk, but power walk: try to make the biggest distance with your leg from your past step as possible.

                                lifting heavy is how you get toned and strong. women don't have enough testosterone to "build huge muscles." they just get a more feminine physique. this is especially true when you're eating at a defecit - even women eating at a huge surplus and TRYING to gain muscle can't gain more than a few lbs a year. lifting > cardio too. **** cardio. lifting is actually fun. when i got started i just googled basic strength training plans (which lead me to bodybuilding.com) and watched youtube videos. now i lift heavier than vlad.
