            Have you heard of that? It starts with just the weight of the bar the first time and goes up in increments of 5 lbs each time.

              yes! it's a good way to start out. when you get stronger you will need to start higher of course.

                  Hi intensity cardio combined with weight training …. but stuff the 5x5 it’s to low of reps .Id say normal set progression should be 12,10,8,6 … with 8 and six being pretty hard to push out the last few reps .Then after your set of 6 reps or so ,drop the weight down and do a set of 12 to 15 reps.Do this rep pattern on the core exercises like bench press and on isolation exercises like side laterals do 3 sets of 10 or so .Stick to 3 or four exercises per body part at most .I hope this helps .

                          You're a woman. You can't gain big muscles without steroids. Do heavy weighted squats and eat 500 calories under maintenance, and use MyFitnessPal.

                                      You know what I agree with you. You're right. I meant to say 500 under where she is now, and I was Assuming she has been gaining weight.
                                      I'd just eat maintenance if I were her. After like a month, maybe adjuat it downward if need he since homeostasis would have changed as she loses weight.

                                        Its confusing. But i guess using weights will be good no matter what. Should i just eat at maintenance? I actually want to lose weight so Im not sure if i should weight to start lifting.
