2 is underrated. It is the oddball of the series, but it has some cult film aspects to it. Plus, Freddy's still dark in it.

I can't really distinguish between each movie as they all kind of merge together but it's cool when he makes the guy a puppet with his tendons. But also really gross 🤮

The first one for sure…mostly for nostalgia reasons. Growing up we couldn't afford to go to see movies when they first opened. If there was something I really wanted to see, I'd have to wait until it was playing at the cheap second run theater in my little town. My mom was a huge horror fan so she took me to see it as soon as it got there. It didn't disappoint!

i don’t remember the title but i think it was the most recent one before they started doing the remakes and freddy vs jason etc
i just remember the woman trying to save her son and there’s one scene where the kid is playing in his bed under the bed sheet and he’s crawling under the sheet and it turns into a super long sheet tunnel that leads him to the boiler room or wherever
that scene really stuck with me

New Nightmare. It's the meta one before the meta thing became cliché. That's one of the best ones, but not a fan of the makeup in that one. Worse than the ****ty makeup in 5 and 6.

I like Elm St 3 too and I like most of the characters in Friday III too. Most were quite horrible and jerks in IV. I like them in part 5 as well.

I think the only likable one in the Friday films is Shelly because you kinda pity him. He's an actual character, and not a generic one.
I like Shelly and Crazy Ralph. Most of the other male characters were boring, predictable and forgettable.

I actually like 5 more than most of them it's bad but not boring, and the daughter whonplayed Kristen's mom on Nightmare 3 is in it.
4 and 6 are the best though.

Part 3 is my favorite Friday film. It has Shelly, Chris (my favorite Friday girl), the goofy biker gang, the stoner girl with the great ass, and the scariest looking Jason. Also, the 3D was phenomenal when I saw it in the theater back in the day.

I didn't think hr looked scary. Too much like Sloth grom The Goonies. As lame as New Blood was, it had the best makeup and actor. Probably my least fav installment tho.
The 3D was corny lol. They did that thing a lot of early 3D did and put **** that didn't make sense right in front of the camera.

Lame is right! After Part 4, the series went downhill imho (the one exception being Jason Takes Manhattan, an admittedly fun film).

I never lived on Elm Street so I never had any nightmares on it and even if I did I doubt I would have had a favorite one since I hate having nightmares.
