I'll have to agree. I'd add some Billy Wilder like "The Big Circus" with Kirk Douglas. I like most of the ones you mentioned.
Why do you think noirs died? Writers not thinking of any new ideas? I concede noirs are more formulaic with the femme fatale, etc. -

I haven't seen THE BIG CIRCUS but for Wilder, there was also ACE IN THE HOLE, also with Douglas. Great movie.
Noir never really died; it just became a lot less popular for a time. That's just movie trends. Tastes change. There's always, at some point, the new thing that moves in and becomes more popular. Noir pictures were always being made, just less of them. The high-point of their production–by sheer bulk and, more arguably, by the number of quality productions–was the 1990s, not the '40s.

Yeah I just never thought noir would take a backseat for superhero movies or the endless remakes.
Oh and the alternate title was THE BIG CARNIVAL with Kirk. Wonderful movie. Yellow journalism just like today! -

I haven't seen the Martha Ivers one, yet but Leave Her to Heaven is one of my favorite films from that period. A gorgeous film, featuring a mesmerizing performance by Gene Tierney and one of the most chilling murders.
