Yeah, he was. It was pretty equal between Harrison Ford and Tommy Lee Jones. You see, those around Tommy Lee Jones are supporting people, and who does Tommy Lee Jones support? Answer: nobody. That makes him a leader.

He is supporting Harrison,
In every Form.
Harrison is the Fugitive, and has zero support while, Tommy Lee is Full of Support.

Just Read Ford Had More Screen time,
Ford Was 1st Billing.
If you take out Tommy Lee out of this movie,
It still Sells.
