Ask your doctor if you are a candidate for Wegovy or Zepbound. They have been proven to work. Ozempic is if you have diabetes, while the other two I mentioned are for weight loss. You have a choice. If you want to lose weight bad enough, you can spend your money on these medications instead of some of the other stuff you buy. If you're serious, these modalities do work but always make sure to ask your doctor/s because like any medication, including psych meds, all have potential side-effects.
A few of us have suggested this to you, and if you're having a hard time controlling your appetite, these might be helpful for you if your doctor recommends them as possibilities.

We have been trying for years to express that she needs a healthy diet and she absolutely must exercise, but she doesn't seem to want to do any of these things, and she continues to gain weight.
Given her circumstances and lack of compliance (ie: her increased appetite from her psych meds), the Wegovy is a proven supplement that works when used properly, and it may help her enough to sort of "jump start" her into some better habits. She doesn't seem capable of the discipline required to do this on her own, so I suggested she speak to her physician to discuss these possibilities to help motivate her. Once she sees the weight loss, it's possible she'll actually look forward to losing weight for her own health.

She lives in a two-bedroom rented house.
They ride the train and don't drive.
Miley is never wearing any clothes that isn't sweats, leggings, or target dresses.
Her wigs seem to be man made materials rather than human hair.

She might be able to get it covered if her doctor deems it necessary.
Even if it's not covered, she should be able to get it for a few hundred dollars a month. She would have to make some hard choices. Stop buying wigs, makeup, princess gowns, etc., and if she's serious about this, she can pay out of pocket if she prioritizes her health.

Her wigs are poor quality synthetics. Probably under ten pounds.
Her lashes are drug store specials.
She'd have to get a job to afford it, and she'd probably lose weight from that alone.
But I agree, if she can get on glp's she should.

Miley is unemployed and the UK is going through a cost of living crisis. Where extactly do you think she is getting the "few hundres dollars a month" for weight loss pills? She buys cheap ass synthetic wigs because she's poor as hell. -

Majority blame falls on parent or both, but she never mentions the father. the moment the daughter started acting like this, parental authority was needed to correct mileys behavior.
at a bare minimum some good kicks to ass or a few well placed whippings with dad belt on her ass and her bad choices finished
