Choosing to continue a pregnancy carries ethical and medical responsibilities, like avoiding alcohol to protect fetal development. The responsibility only exists if the woman chooses to carry the pregnancy. It doesn't mean she should be forced to carry it against her will. Acknowledging that a fetus can be harmed by alcohol highlights why pregnancy should be voluntary and supported, not coerced.

If abortion did not exist and had never existed, you would not be using this kind of language to describe it.
Pregnancies are permanent. Either the body will miscarriage or it will take the baby to term. Biology takes care of that. There's no forcing.
A force pregnancy would involve impregnating.
Say, a group of men kidnap a young woman in the woods; they say,
"You are pretty! I'mma get you pregnant!"
"No, please don't! I don’t want to be pregnant!"
Then they tie her up and inseminate her. That's forced pregnancy. They're forcing her to become pregnant.
When two people engage in consensual intercourse, pregnancy is a natural consequence of that action that they both know going into it, and still choose to do it. That 5 minutes of penis in snatch pleasure is worth that risk. So they do it. Therefore, it is not forced. They know it's going to happen and they're prepared for that.
