Morally speaking yes, but I don’t think there are actual laws set where a woman is not allowed to drink or smoke while pregnant (which is upsetting) If a pregnant woman of age went into a bar and asked for a drink I don’t believe they can turn her down based on discrimination laws. Its still “her body her choice” even if its morally wrong

This is really, conflating two unrelated sets-of-circumstances improperly for the sake of making a more unified –and perhaps stronger –argument.
The argument may sound stronger but is not necessarily correct.
After all, a good/bad decision a woman might make
during the course of her pregnancy
is not the same as any decision to become pregnant in the first place.
