Yeah, because we know that the LAFD are actually looking to recruit black 10 year old kids who want to grow up to be a fireman and so they will just put them in the trucks with no experience.

You are the one looking for "even just one white person" here
Plenty of "Black", "lesbian", "Women" been overlooked because they didn't tie into the proper balance of everyone that DEI insists upon
There are plenty of people who were displaced from their existing jobs and replaced with different ethnicities, sexualities and genders to make up for the divide
It reads, from what you have written, that you think the problem with DEI lies at the feet of 'white people'.
