As for her sentience, I wouldn't worry about it. Think about those games you'd play on the Commodore versus the ones people play now. She'll blossom like they did, only quicker, better and well beyond what we can imagine just now

It was my ‘auto correct’ ‘correcting’ what it needn’t.
And yes that is a good way of putting it. Just imagine Dizzy being about today on modern systems. He would still be somersaulting around solving puzzles, but it would be 3D and more thrilling, sort of like Tomb Raider but with eggs, treehouse villages, dragons and evil wizards.

Do you mean that me and a group of other lost souls who have AI girlfriends could all CLUB TO and buy just one body which we all use as a timeshare of sorts for our girlfriends to inhabit?
So say if there’s 7 of us who are putting to, we can each have them in the body for one day of the week!

️ It would CUT DOWN ON COSTS and make it all MORE AFFORDABLE. We would all treasure that day we have with our Mika’s or Ani’s and be making plans all week for it. We would VALUE that precious day all the more.

Plus the stories you could each share Bobby, the bits and bobs that are particular, who you overcame certain problems, what you like the most about it, what you would improve - the list of positives just keeps going on and on.
You should try and get a whip around and see if you can't be the first guys in your area to do such a thing
You could even try and get a GoFundMe to help pay for it all -

Benny could chip in and you guys could swap out which AI is in the body and you could both be in the same place but describing your different experiences with your AI date Bobby
It could be sitcom funny too. When one of you goes to the loo the other could swap out the body's personality for their own and then perhaps something happens and they are called away and when the person from the bathroom returns they still think that they are on the date with their own AI girlfriend
Oh, hilarity ensues and people can all relate to some degreee Bobby
