I sometimes skip it too but I’ve learned I’m actually better when I don’t skip breakfast even if I don’t want anything. I think my mood is better and more balanced too.

I make an egg sandwich every morning after my coffee. Sometimes I have a protein shake with it. I haven't skipped breakfast in a long time unless I'm running late for work or something.

yes. good thing about mcds in europe is that you can get fries and a salad for bfast, since i hate the normal mcds bfast menu, except for pancakes, but our style dont exist outside usa.

Typically just coffee and maybe a piece of fruit or a slice of toast. I'm not really a morning person, so I don't usually feel like making breakfast even though I love breakfast foods (I'll have them for dinner occasionally). Lunch is often my biggest meal of the day, for all of the reasons you mentioned.

Yes, usually I have a bagel and coffee and then some kind of fruit. Sometimes I'll have yogurt too. 🥯
