I'm usually more of a brunch person, then I eat a good dinner.
I can't eat when I first wake up. Hurts my stomach.

Typically just coffee and maybe a piece of fruit or a slice of toast. I'm not really a morning person, so I don't usually feel like making breakfast even though I love breakfast foods (I'll have them for dinner occasionally). Lunch is often my biggest meal of the day, for all of the reasons you mentioned.
