You missed the point. I'm not a moderate independent, I'm very much biased to the right, and I'm honest about that. People who claim to be moderate and claim to have agreements on both sides while constantly only taking one side are being dishonest as a way to make themselves sound more reasonable when they post their opinions. Except two courts have found him to be a MS13 member and was eligible for deportation, and multiple times of beating his wife, and not a legal citizen, the only mistake was there was a stop put on his deportation years ago because he claimed he would be killed by his gang if he returned home, it wasn't that they accidentally deported a perfectly good citizen, they didn't realize the stop that was put on it. As always you don't know the first thing about this case, you have surface level mainstream media talking points.

Kilmar Garcia was never found guilty in a court of law for anything he was ever blamed for.

He was never tried and found guilty for it.
No one is saying if he ever did any crimes for being part of alleged said gang.
Yes, there are certain court records which show he had physical altercations with his wife but they were never that serious and she never charged him and they worked through it and have moved on past it.

There was no due process for him as there should be.

He actually was found eligible for deportation for being an MS13 gang member twice but there was a stop put on his deportation because he claimed he would be killed if he got sent back. That part is the one where the Trump administration made a mistake, because they didn't realize there was a stop on this non citizen's deportation. As always, you know only surface level details on this one.

The main point, that partisan assholes like you fail to accept, is that he's not a US citizen. He can be deported if we don't want him here.
