Those Dubai chocolate bars were great. I think I ordered two of them in total (one milk, and one dark). They were yummy, but I haven't even given them another thought and no desire to get another one. I think it was just something very unique to try.

I like it. This is one of the better ones if you canโt get some from a Japanese market.
I also like red bean ice cream.

Does it have an umami flavour to it? Something to balance out any potential sweetness?
I would totally be willing to try it. I'm curious. I've just never seen it anywhere or ever heard of it before.

Not at all. Itโs mildly sweet, which is why I like it. I donโt like a lot of ice creams because to me they taste too sweet. Most Japanese restaurants carry it. And if there is a Japanese food store, they usually have it.

Bean ice-cream in a Japanese store? That's interesting.
I agree with you as to why I rarely eat ice-cream. I find that most of the time, it's far too sweet. I wish it were possible to find an ice-cream without artificial sweeteners and perhaps made with extremely low amounts of sugar (I know that some has to be included). I think I'd like to try something like that! Never found it yet, though lol
