I dunno, but I believe they're unconstitutional. And it does show how
corrupt and evil
the DemocRATS are. And they think Trump is going to do to them what they did to him, but he won't.
And this is worse than the Nixon pardon, WAY worse. The DemocRATS don't give a **** about the rule of law. They only obey laws they agree with.

a gross misuse
of the pardon power. But then DemocRATS are always
