When it comes to baked potatoes…

How about pasta?
It might be a carb thing. Carbs cause water retention and that can slow things down. I know that if I eat bread or anything too starchy, I can actually feel my body begin to swell and get puffy.

If it's a smaller Russet Potatoes and baked in the oven wrapped in aluminum foil I usually do because they turn out softer that way.
I don't eat those too often though. Mostly only the small red new potatoes.
Have you eaten a baked potato from Wendy's? I've never been able to ask someone who's worked there how do they have them at the ready? Like how many do they have baking at a time during the day?
Yes I eat the potato skins. Never had a red baked one.

Do they only serve them one way? I'll have to check them out. I didn't know they sold potato skins. I knew about the potatoes as I've had one before (all I remember is that it was very dry and not very sweet). Might have been the timing, though.

Okay, so they don't serve just the skins. I've had their baked potato once before, and maybe it was just the time of day, but it was just very dry and bland. I should try it again at some point.
