He should have to bear some accountability for what happened to him. He was sticking his humongous nose where it didn't belong, and sometimes when someone does that they get FAFO'd.

People who conceal carry are supposed to notify law enforcement of it if they are gonna be in their vicinity. He was supposed to notify them that he was carrying, the big-nosed idiot.

After the agent said "He's got a gun" they shot him. So if the asshole wasn't carrying, they wouldn't have shot him.

the constitution does not support law enforcement shooting citizens for the act of carrying.
as a matter of fact, 2A seems to suggest that it is unconstitutional for LE to shoot a citizen because she (or he, in your case) is carrying. -
